Good afternoon, MPS Students!
We've been getting a lot of reports from our various training websites - including MPS Training Academy - that users can't get credit for their courses! We felt it was strange that this happened all of a sudden - we thought we fixed this a long time ago! But then it hit us that there was some culprit that's causing us headaches...

Students, we're very sorry, but Google Chrome is a browser you should avoid when taking our courses. We did everything we could to make sure that our courses and lessons are able to be completed. But sometimes, a company throws a wrench in our plans, and there isn't a whole lot we can do about it.
As it turns out, users who update their Google Browsers to version 80 are unable to prove that they've completed training modules like the ones you see on this website. That's because the new update blocks the ability to update what's called TinCan data - that's what our training uses to make sure that you've completed your training, and that's what turns on the Mark Complete button that stubbornly refuses to do so now.
While we try to fix this issue, please use a different browser other than Google Chrome. We recommend the following:
• Mozilla Firefox
• Microsoft Edge
• Opera
The Macintosh Safari browser may work on desktop computers, but we received a report that iPhone users still cannot Mark Complete - so Safari won't work if you're taking this training on an iPhone.
