Yes, you can add levels or plans to your account at any time! However, keep in mind that different plans don’t all have the same benefits or features as each other.
So, if you switch from the Provider Level 1 plan to the Association/Instructor plan, you may lose the ability to manage your training academy while you gain the ability to host public events. Your menu options may also change as a result.

While you may lose access to certain features, your data and information will be retained in case if you re-subscribe to your previous plan.
No. Our plans have different features from each other and are not considered as ‘upgrades’ from one another. Therefore, plans will not be prorated, so when you switch plans, you agree to pay the full amount of the subscription at checkout.

No, providers may not contact other employees. They will need express permission from the other employees’ companies to do so.
